I know this sounds weird, and probably doubly so for my American colleagues, but my most enjoyable and productive writing seems to take place at my favorite bar. It's nice and quiet, very low key, and has delicious food. I sit down towards the end where no one bothers me, the bartenders know me and know I'm writing and only bug me when my glass is empty, and after spilling a few complete or partial thoughts, its nice to look up and soak in some humanity to recharge.
