So far this year, I think alot of crap has been produced. I'm actually looking to see whats to come before I can gauge 2009 as a decent year in music.

I've bought

Fantasies by Metric... AWESOME CD, by far my favourite

Nothing else so far has appealed to me, and I'm a lover of all things musical... I've been looking to see if I can move towards Jazz/Blues to become more familiar with that but still... nothing at all.

Can someone suggest anything to listen to that has come out in the past three to six months?
