When I was younger, maybe 7-8, my mom had taken me to the doctors and I was fidgetting when I cought sight of somthing interesting. I poked my finger in my mom's sleeve shoulder and clearly announced loud enough for the entire room "Mom, why do you have a whole in here? Did you forget to mend all your clothes?"
