The show
Doctor 90210 did a segment showing a woman who used to work as a stripper and wanting to get into nursing, having her huge implants removed. Ever see a balloon a week after the party's over? That was her chest. The skin was a wrinkly thin mess and the implants compress the tissue, so that wrinkly thin mess was empty. The doctor not only had to put in smaller implants but rearrange and remove skin.
I certainly would not take a recommendation from that woman and if I went into a plastic surgeon's office and saw that, I'd leave.
