This is just outrageous on so many levels. Is the doctor that performed this 'improvement' violating his Hippocratic oath by doing so? Isn't the central tenet of the oath to 'do no harm.' Granted she may not be harmed now, but what about the future? Back pain, upperbody pain, cancer possibilities? Does the doctor who performed this surgery have a responsibility to the patient for any of those things?

Hyperbole. Not all implants are 36 FF+; you're judging the entire process by only it's most extreme. Some breast implants aren't extreme, simply a woman (or man) interested in looking the way she (or he) feels. Say you're born with 34 As. They just never really developed the way you want. What's the harm in upgrading to a small C?
