I'd say that it would be somewhere between six months and one year, assuming the baby's crib is in your room. But by the time the child can pull up and stand in their crib, they will already be very interested in watching everything you do so having your baby stare and laugh at you while you're having sex might kill the mood a little bit. Otherwise, you really shouldn't be leaving a young child alone (unless they are in a crib in another room) for any reason. Best to wait to naptimes...one of the great things about most babies is that they are really heavy sleepers.
