Truth be told, if you don't look after yourself, your sexual energies will suffer. It is just one thing we use as a measure of health. Another measure is finding a decreased interest in things you previously enjoyed immensely.
I highly recommend following Crompsin's advice here. Getting out a relationship, one can find themselves with a decreased sense of self. This is unhealthy, and you must rebuild it.
