The last one is a tilt-shift fake. On the that third one, it was set to bulb. The EXIF says +0.25, so I'm not sure what that means. Exposure was ten seconds or so, I think.

Thank you. Tilt-shift fakes almost always look like models or toys. It's a cool trick, I think.
