I pretty much eat some kind of stir fry 3 or 4 days of the week. I usually mix together a bag of mixed vegetables, a bag of some other veggie, a meat usually chicken or pork, and some kind of beans. Every once in a while I try to take a real meal and make a stir fry version of it. For instance, a while back I did a turkey stirfry with a bag of mixed veggies and stove top. It was pretty good.
Ok, so the other day i had an idea to do a ham and cabbage stir fry because there was half a small ham and brussel spouts in the fridge. It turned out to be really good and i felt the need to share it. All i did was cut up the ham in very small cubes and threw it in a big frying pan. I cut up about 7 baby potatoes in quarters and threw them in. Then I cut a bag of baby carrots in half and threw them in. Finally I cut about 12 fresh brussel sprouts in half and threww them in. Very simple and only took about 20 minutes from start to finish and like i said it was so good i felt the need to share with everyone.
