not funny anymore is it?
about a month ago i tried to use my credit card but it wasnt working. i then went online to check my balance and noticed some transactions on my statement that were made in germany. i havent been to germany (not yet anyways).
apparently they had locked my account for my safety, and there had been a few transactions, some of which had not yet appeared on the statement yet. they also told me that someone had tried to use my ATM card overseasat an ATM but got the pin number wrong even though my card was with me.
so maybe it wasnt your crazy signatures...maybe you were in fact a victim of fraud. talk to them. did they hit you with a court order? otherwise how can you go to court without being served a court order?
