Credit card fraud? wtf??
ok a little backstory, for about a month now whenever i purchase something with my credit card at a store (card is under my name) and i get a reciept to sign i would always write some random crap or draw a star or something instead of putting my real signature, i dont know why i did that it was sort of funny..Noone ever noticed this or say anyhting back at me other than some laughs from the younger cashiers and a 'what the hell' look from the older ones.
Up until now everything was fine until today. I recieved a letter from my credit card company saying I've been charged with fraud worth $3000 (my credit limit isnt even that high). I checked my account summary online and no weird charges or anything have been made, everything seems fine. I called the card company and they said my account was locked due to fraud and they couldnt help me with it at the time..The court date is 2 months from now and my account has been locked..wtf??????
