Guitar Hero World Tour on the Wii (all other platforms is RB2).
Here is why:
The guitar hero instruments are better quality and are compatible with RB2. RB2 instruments cannot be used with Guitar Hero games (on the Wii platform only). Thus by GHWT and then if you want to get RB2 you can buy just the game.
