My wife & I dealt with this easily. Early in our relationship we agreed that looking but not touching (by both of us) was cool. We know that we find other people attractive, and know that attraction sometimes involves sexual thoughts.
I don't mean to be a prick, but I do hope that you were exaggerating when you wrote "just run up to her rip the skirt off and do what god made you to do."
