No healing .....that's a hard one. I cant pair most of the normal heroes because all their abilities center on healing e.g. Superman, spiderman (not as good as superman), the flash e.t.c.....
But I would have to go with Sephiroth Vs. Megatron ..........
Megatron would want to blast sephiroth out of the sky but he would simply deflect it with his sword. Sephiroth comes in with a running lunge and they meet blades. Megatron get a sword enhanced with carbon but it does not stand a chance against Sephiroth's ability to cut through space.
It's spectacular, they battle for long minutes on end when they are locked in an X hold then Megatron blasts Sephiroth with lasers from his eyes (Viewing Unit??) He comes in for the kill with a concentrated blast from one of his guns when out of nowhere Sephiroth cuts the ground beneath him making him trip, then he swings again and this time the wave get's Megatron's right forearm right off and leaves his left knee damaged.
Megatron kneeling, Sephiroth walks to him and says "Is that the best you could do?" and chops his head off.
