My kids have more friends, more culturally diverse, more goal oriented and self aware, and more totally devoted to each other as friends than any group I've ever seen. And they acquire new, quality friendships everywhere they go, from bowling alleys to church meetings.

The lack of socialization is the biggest misconception, and flat out lie, of the opponents of home schooling. Next comes the belief that all home schoolers are wild-eyed bible thumpers... I definitely don't qualify!
