Lostgirl, you (and maybe more your guy) are lucky.
I agree with Halx that most people tend to fantasize about something or someone that they cannot have. For me, I often picture scenarios with multiple female partners when I want release. The females involved aren't usually anyone in particular, maybe a composite of a number of women that I have seen or some sort of ideal. The fantasies often do involve my wife and another woman, or occasionally another man or couple. Occasionally, I do just focus on my wife, though even then it is usually something that I wish that she did more often or at all.
