I talk to the wife daily though some weeks its just by phone as we work opposite shifts.
Some days its just out of habit than any need to say anything specific.
The couple of friends I have left I only speak to a few times a year.
I speak to my parents and sister about once a month or so.
I have to talk to people constantly while at work. By the time i get home, talking is the last thing i want to do.
