Be patient. In this economy, I'm sure managers are making constant adjustments to their needs. TVI (Thrift Value Incorporated) is a huge, multi-national company with two main divisions; thrift stores (Savers, Value Village), and real estate (The John Gault Corp.). Yes, they own the properties that the stores are located on, including the strip malls. The founder of the company, William (Bill) O. Ellison, was my best friend's step-father. He passed away earlier this year. If you want to more about the history of the company, search for his obituary. The WSJ had a great one. Good Luck!
