As someone who regularly holds her hair-fixing implements between her teeth..... EW.
My aunt sent me an email about this months ago and I have been trying to block it from my memory and stick with hair products that look less sketchy. I don't think I would buy a cheap-o bag of twisted up hair-ties like that just because the twist makes it look like they will behave strangely and make my life difficult.
