it's going to be terrible, and it shouldn't ever be made unless an awesome crew gets a hold of it and it has great funding. neither happened this time around.
they are also 10 years too late like you said.
DBZ is one of the best animes out there, if a tad repetitive. they should've released the animated movies (Tree of Might, World's Strongest, Dead Zone, etc.) in theaters - that would have made them a boat load of money.
