The Wii is a damn joke just like I said it would be from the start. I was flamed repeatedly when the Wii came out (during the phase when the PS3 was bashed 24/7 and Sony was rumored to go out of business because of the PS3 "failure") because I said that the Wii had a gimmick control scheme and would wear off. I said the PS3 and 360 would eventually win the quality-game market and even then I was flamed. Now the PS3 and 360 are the consoles putting out consistently good games and the Wii is nothing in comparison to true gamers.
For the casual gamer market the Wii is perfection. Like someone said above the sports game that comes bundled is enough to make it a success. It's just not a true console for regular gamers and it's starting to show.
I heard No More Heroes sucked though I admit I've never played it.
If you look at
Movie Reviews, Music Reviews, TV Show Reviews, Game Reviews, Book Reviews - Metacritic.com the number of good (or green coded) games on the PS3 and 360 is staggering and the number on the Wii is embarrassing. I am glad for Nintendo's success but I love shoving shit in the face of the Wii-loving, Sony-hating fanboys that were foaming at the mouth over the Wii when it launched.
