Is it possible to attain a perky, firm breasts without surgery? She is in her late twenties, no children yet. It is saggy, 38B. She works out, and planning to get a sports bra. Have anyone tried methods other than surgery? And any positive results. A website I looked at says it is NOT possible. So there is no way to make it little firm and perky?

I'm going to chime in early and give my answer, which is that No, it's not possible without surgery. That's just the way the human body ages--and quite frankly, I think it's much more natural that way. I personally think that if you love someone, natural aging should not really get in the way of your appreciation for their body, but I know that not everyone feels that way.
I was an athlete during my teen and college years and have always worked out with high-impact activities (while wearing a sports bra). However, there's no fightin' gravity, especially not with double D's. I know that my husband loves my body and appreciates my breasts exactly as they are, and he never allows me to get away with saying anything negative about them.
I would imagine that if you are projecting your dislike of saggy breasts onto your girlfriend, then she is going to become more insecure about her body, and I think that's one of the worst things that you can do to someone you care about (especially if her body is just fine in the first place). To me, intimate relationships are about affirmation, not adding to the other person's insecurities.
