Wii has definitely lost its appeal to me a long time ago. The first thing I thought of when I saw the new controller was "Man, that would be awesome for a lightsaber game." I've yet to see one, though I did hear they were making a lightsaber dueling game or something. It's probably too far fetched for it to be the game that I want it to be though.
Smash Bros. was the only game that I looked forward to for it, but honestly, it's somewhat of a disappointment. The online sucks ass. Both times I played with Eso, I lagged like an asshole and couldn't really put up a fight. And, they took out a lot of the competitive nature of the game. I can't imagine hosting a Brawl tournament over a Melee tournament.
Galaxy was amazingly fun, but amazingly short. I beat it within the span of a week. And, Twilight Princess isn't technically an exclusive. It came out for the Gamecube too.
If Nintendo's not going to come out with another title outside of these 3 and maybe the Metroid series, then they need to go ahead and work on a sequel to these. At the very least, keep the fans of these.
