Exercise is supposed to relieve stress but I have trouble even DOING it when I'm so stressed.
I like to write in a journal when I'm stressed. I can get all my thoughts out and just kind of release it...
I also try to meditate. I do mantras, but there are other ways to meditate, like just concentrating on breathing and trying to quiet your thoughts.
