I look at the big picture. I plan. I break the stuff I need to do down into chunks over the next several days. I then give myself small rewards for reasonable accomplishments over time.
I try to get enough sleep.
I just take a break sometimes. Go for a walk somewhere nice.
Having a nice meal works too. Especially if you eat out.
Doing something enjoyable and engaging (such as playing guitar).
And yoga. You wouldn't believe how much better I sleep while I have an ongoing yoga practice.
