The whole gym/exercise thing is good but... i dont think a gym is the best atmosphere for it. try something like jogging rollerblading bike rides something like that to get out alone in nature away from people if possible. spend some time in a forest preserve or something like that. If you have a dog take it for a walk and bark at everything that bark at with them. Seems to be pretty relaxing for dogs at least. Couldnt hurt to try.
