Tully: what OS do you use on your computer? I had a Garmin GPS wristwatch for running. It worked great with XP - totally crashed out with Vista. Incidentally, the fucking thing exploded on my arm one day. No damage done to this little piggy, but it just sort of fell apart after about a year or so. Generally, they're pretty good, and I'm sure I just had a dud. I saved $150 buying it on Ebay, so no warranty to get a new one.
For your problem, I guess my only question is about the OS.
