Changing your nutrition and adding in aerobic activity will shed those 'fat' pounds. It's all about burning more calories than you take in over the course of the day, week, month.
Try to stay away from complex carbs like bread, bagels, pasta, as it's harder for your body to break these down than simple carbs like vegetables. As for aerobic activity, try to fit 30 minutes of walking/jogging into your schedule 4-5 times a week and slowly increase the duration/intensity as you get more comfortable with it. You have a tough journey ahead of you, but by doing some simple things, you'll really be able to turn it around. Good luck!!!
