I would find games like this and Pirates of the Burning Sea more interesting if you were allowed to get a group of friends together and crew 1 ship, exploring an open environment with tons of PVE content. Unfortunatley, my guess is that everyone will get there own ship (like in Pirates), and it will concentrate on PVP battles between factions (Federation, Klingon, Romulan, Borg...) for regions of space and the stations in them. I would be drawn to a Star Trek game that didn't hold your hand too much, allowing you to search for new planets, beam down, and explore them, with all the adventure that comes with. I'm not saying that would be an easy game to make, but man would it be fun. Here's to hope'n.
