Funniest modern comedy that I have seen in a long time. Has some moments that had me laughing so hard it hurt. WAY better than any of the other crap comedies coming out these days.

And how can you guys all like the bank job? I would give it like a 3/10. I hated it. Maybe I should give it another watch when I am sober some time, could that change my mind?
It's weird. I watch movies all the time that people seem to love, I watch them and end up either thinking "Meh" or "Gez, really?" I had several folks tell me how great Hellboy II was, I turned it off. Would rather mow my lawn then watch that. I have a friend who's always getting me to watch stuff with subtitles or "symbolism" type "plots." You know the type- "the butterfly at the end symbolized his acceptance of his loss." Umm, ok if you say so.

But in regards to The Bank Job itself. Might not be the type of flick to watch drunk. Also might be better if you have a real firm grasp of what the late 60's early 70's were like.

Then again, maybe it's just not your type of flick.
