It's from a song by Modest Mouse called Tiny Cities Made Of Ashes. My favourite version of the song is by a chap called Mark Kozelek who has a band called Sun Kil Moon, who did a cover album of Modest Mouse songs by the same name.

I am originally from a small city, yes! I live somewhere a little bit bigger now, but it still seems pretty small now that I know most of it pretty well. Thank you for the welcome!

Fantastic! Where are you going to be visiting? I'm originally from Cambridge, but now live up north. I hope you have a great time here. The weather of late has been uncharacteristically good and sunny. I've actually managed to develop something resembling a sun tan from spending a few days on the south coast with a friend - this is almost unheard of!

What an interesting range of instruments. I don't meet many people that play brass instruments, that's really cool. My main instrument is the piano which I've been playing since childhood. In the last few years I've developed an interest in the guitar, having enjoyed picking one up and having a play every now and then. I recently purchased a lovely (and very cheap) vintage hollow bodied electric guitar from eBay, so I look forward to expanding my (extremely limited) abilities soon!
I feel very welcomed, everyone seems so friendly. Thank you so much for the kind replies.
