Pretty much what I'd assume. It's things like this that make me a hopeless insomniac half of the time anyhow. Assuming that there are infinite dimensions and one cannot interact with dimensions beyond it's own, a human could never "leap" back and forth through time. However, if we could build a device, let's call it a time machine, to do it, maybe we'd be on the right track. If only that time machine could be built to look like a really awesome car. Wait...
