myoplex is cool. The issues is, why are you having problems with the frequency? I have no idea what your goal is, and I asssume its to gain.
For you to gain, consicer at least 2 shakes a day, plus (min) 3 meals.
Myoplex is great because it takes a little work. water + ice, or water + frozen berries, or soymilk. Whey requires a bit more mixing and making to reac the same vitmain intake that myoplex offers.
My favorite: myoplex vanilla, 6oz water, 6oz vanilla soy milk, 6 frozen strawberries - blend like hell!
