Go work for a big company for a while, like a bank or a consultant. Often they'll pay for you to go to school while you work for them. Back when First Chicago still existed, they put a friend of mine through the University of Chicago, and several consulting friends went to the UofC or to Northwestern on Accenture's dime.
You need to differentiate yourself from the herd. The above is one way.
