Sure, I think we all know that if he played for a team that needs a QB next season, he'd immediately make that team 2-3 wins better, but I doubt he'd put up the kind of numbers he put up last season.
Come on Brett. Everyone likes you, but don't do this to us NFL fans. We'd have to put up with endless media coverage and speculation about his return, and eventually round 2 of "is he/is he not retiring?"

They said that about Michael Jordan, but who really thinks those few abysmal seasons he spent playing for the Washington Wizards tarnised the legacy he built playing for the Chicago Bulls?
And don't worry about the media attention. It'll only last until another NFL player is arrested for fighting in a strip club, or picked up on a DUI charge, or hemmed up for something drug related, then that'll push Farve to the back burner.
