I wish Favre would just commit to his decision... by doing this, isn't he essentially betraying a vast majority of his fans back in Green Bay? Does he really want to do that to his legacy for one more season?
Sure, I think we all know that if he played for a team that needs a QB next season, he'd immediately make that team 2-3 wins better, but I doubt he'd put up the kind of numbers he put up last season.
Come on Brett. Everyone likes you, but don't do this to us NFL fans. We'd have to put up with endless media coverage and speculation about his return, and eventually round 2 of "is he/is he not retiring?"
