THAT is what you have to do to beat Roger Federer on grass. I didnt think Rafa could do it, but in the last set after missing the first championship points he just seemed to get stronger and stronger - Roger kept coming but he couldnt get the pressure on Rafa's serve and Rafa started to get on top of Roger's
What a great champion.
2-0 up, then back to 2-2... its all set up for heartbreaking defeat - but Rafa is just so strong mentally and physically - all through the game he hit so deep and powerfully, he matched Federer miracle winner for miracle winner, he didnt hit a lot of service winners but he served well enough that Federer could get close to a break all the same.
And then at the end he's standing there cradling the trophy as if it was his first born... and you think he's only 22 and he can still get better...
