I can speak a bit about physical remedies as opposed to psychological.
- Exercise: Cardio three to five days per week, resistance training once or twice per week.
- Stress management. (Consider a vitamin B complex and a vitamin C supplement for stress reduction. But relaxation techniques are important.)
- Proper sleeping habits.
- No more than one alcoholic beverage per day (for women...it's two for men). Don't use alcohol as a crutch in this respect.
- Have sex regularly. The more you have it, the better you get at it. (Or so I've read.)
There are a number of "natural remedies" out there, but I'm not sure about their effectiveness. If you can get into your best physical shape (the both of you), your sex drive should by nature be switched on. Exercising together is a bonus.
