I LUV apple pie. French, American, and Southern style are good...........but it's all about Dutch Apple Pie for me. 1/2 an inch of brown sugary goodness on top = teh win.
Hot or Cold? Both have their perks.
Topping? If someone bothered to get out......sure. But I don't bother to get stuff out myself.
Cheese? On the side............usually.
