Right. And the next girlfriend will NOT want to hear about some ex-love-interest is still around. It's too easy to cheat with ex's.
My ex-girlfriend went back to her estranged husband. My sister's 2nd husband cheated with and went back with his ex-wife.
It happens all the time.
