Blah blah blah, pregnancy can happen at any time there is sex, but in reality land: if you didn't ejaculate inside her vagina (not near her vagina, not into a condom, not in the same room as her vagina) she's very likely not pregnant. If you came inside of her without a condom, feel free to proceed to freak out, but if not, I wouldn't worry about it.
I find your description of the location of semen confusing. If you are using a condom, the only place semen is deposited is in the condom.
