I'd be happy with:
1) Only the captain (or designate in the captain's absence) may speak with the ref.
2) Goal line technology to determine if the ball crossed the line.
3) Retroactive red cards for simulation - even if the ref doesn't catch it, let's see a video review panel address the incident after the match and give a suspension for any simulation.
4) The Platini idea of having a certain number of home grown players on every team. They don't have to be citizens, just players who have been with the club since their younger days - this will ensure clubs put effort into developing good players and not just buying them down the road.
BTW, congrats to Hull City for getting promoted today.
