Feels awesome during.. but not after, when you itch so much you feel like slicing your own skin off and giving it away.

My solution: hot/steamy shower, with a nice minute-long blast of COLD water at the end. Also prevents me from getting the post-lotionizing itchies that come from being too warm when I apply it. It's good for waking up, too.
