Namako hit the nail on the head for me - I've been dead broke and without a home of my own so money really isn't even a factor in happiness or success to me.
Of course success means a whole multitude of things to me but it's most accurately equated with having good and positive people around me and a life full of culture and passion.
With that I could definitely be happy dead-end jobbing it for the rest of my life.
