It's quite possible you've hit a plateau, it happens all the time. I'm at mine right now, or I was before I got sick and did a bunch of other things that forced me to cut back on workouts.
Make sure you're changing your routine and your exercises. Also change up your food but make sure it's healthy. You can do all the sit ups you want but you're not going to lose your gut until you're eating healthy and your total body fat drops. And the gut will usually be the last to go.
Try eating 5-6 meals a day. Small meals, make sure you're still staying within your caloric needs. I'd shoot for 2,000 HEALTHY calories and give it more than a couple weeks.
Make sure you're keeping up on your cardio also, how intense is your cardio and how often do you do it? Do you know what your heart rate is at? The best way to measure your cardio workout is by heart rate. And the best way to have a great effect is by using HIIT (google it).
