the first rule of hunting is to ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS be sure of your target. you NEVER, EVER shoot at movement in the brush.
guy should lose his guns and his hunting privileges forever.
maybe even be forced to wear a button that says "I shot and killed my 9 year old son because I am a moron" for the rest of his life
