That woman must be tough as shit to have actually escaped the jaws of 4 pit bulls... Those things bite and just don't let go. I'm glad this wasn't SF all over again, but the owner of those dogs needs to be sentanced to at least 5 years for attempted manslaughter, a $650 is just a slap on the wrist.
It should be illegal to even own a pit bull, it's like owning a double barrel shot gun that goes off randomly and then walking down main street with it over your shoulder. In fact, pit bulls as a breed need to be systematicaly removed.
