I'd say if she doesn't return your calls and messages she is telling you something
loud and clear, you're just not hearing it. Calling her or messaging her to tell her you we're drunk when you called or messaged her before. And that you do stupid things when you're drunk- that doesn't sound like it would make her feel better about you.
I think you're freaking/creeping her out. Leave her be and move on.
