I think it is a bit degrading and just good messy fun.
To me, if you trust the man you are with and know that later you will be laying in bed laughing together or snuggling up to go to sleep or watching a good movie together *equally* then it hardly matters how the power dynamics shift when you are hot and bothered and ready for anything.
I would not be so inclined to go in this direction with someone I was sleeping with casually.
