I don't know about the whole single people abstain for thirty days, since the notion that one should not have sex at all before marriage-- at least in Judaism-- seems to be only in regard to the value placed in ancient Middle Eastern cultures on female virginity.
But in other respects...yeah. This is good. I do believe God wants us to have lots of sex. If God didn't want you to do it, it would hurt. And if there was nothing holy about having sex, I doubt people would shout God's name so much when they have it....
